What is this?!

OK, I can't even figure out how to send a screen shot of what's going on.
When I go to the color page, the image is just a bunch of pink and blue squares.
Yesterday I upgraded to 14.3 and everything worked just fine.
This morning I opened it, and was told I was out of GPU memory. Fixed that by shutting down and re-opening.
I went to the color page to do a little grading and the Color Page went bonkers.
If you've seen anything like that which I'm trying to describe, and know how to fix it; Please help.
