Disabling Transform Position Wrap Around

This is completely driving me nuts. I'm going through videos that I need to zoom in and keyframe some position transforms. It is often next to the edge of the frame. When I'm mouse dragging the Y it will flip from where it is to the far reaches before I've even at the edge of the frame. It is driving me nuts. If I go one pixel to far, I suddenly have to scroll the mouse back the other way 2k pixels.

Is there any way to disable the auto wrap around for Transform Position? If not, please for all the is holy, make the wrap around LESS SENSITIVE.

I would try to use slower mouse movements, I've noticed that if I suddenly accelerate the mouse it will jump a large amount, but if I keep it slow and steady it minimizes the jumps.

I want to move to where I want, when I want. I know what the motion is for 100 pixel. Just when I get there I flip to -2000 pixels. It is beyond frustrating. The flipping operation needs serious tuning. And I'd love the ability to disable it.
