Unable to load the project in collaboration mode

Hey~
I got some problem when I use collaboration mode in Resolve 15.
The Error message says
Unable to load the project in collaboration mode as Resolve was unable to establish a connection to communicate with other users.
Please ensure that the machines are on the same subnet and port 56789 is not being used by another application on the machine.
my pg_hba.conf file has been modified already.like this:
# IPv4 local connections:
host all all 192.168.1.0/24 md5
I can guarantee that all machines in my room are same subnet like 192.168.1.xx and the port 56789 was not being used by another app.
My team is not working properly...This is emergency situations.
So,what happened exactly？How can I fix this?

Same problem here. Sometimes I can get the issue to go away by opening a different collaborative project on all of the machines, one-by-one, and then re-opening the one I actually want to collaborate on, one-by-one. Think i'm going to have to phone tech support on this one.

Make sure all systems have EXACTLY the same Resolve version, as shown in About DaVinci Resolve.

Assuming that's OK, what type of systems are collaborating?

Are you using Resolve 15.1.2?

I'm using MAC & PC and the mac as database

Please send logs from both systems.

I create Access Keys from MAC the Project Server app and drag to davinci resolve interface.

Not related to collab, but do you really have a project called "?????? copy" in your Disk database?

Back to collab...what exactly is happening? Are you able to load the project on either system individually? Does the problem only occur if one system has the project loaded and the other system tries to load it?

Are you getting error messages? Can you send screenshots of those?

Problem of Chinese characters

I do have porj name or file path in Chinese characters.

To be clear, you can load the project on the Windows machine as long as the Mac does not have it loaded?

If so, I guess that proves both machines can see each other.

I would suggest downloading this handy Windows app for the Windows machine:

http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/cports.html

And verify that nothing besides Resolve is using port 56789.

On the Mac, run the following in a Terminal window to see what's using port 56789 there:

lsof -n -i:56789

You might see both Resolve and fuscript using that port, and that's OK. Nothing else should be using it.

How can I stop other app using the port 56789?
