BUG: OFX fail to update when applied from the gallery.

I am noticing a problem of the OFX not updating when applied to from the gallery to nodes that already contain a similar OFX effect.

Steps to recreate:
1) Create a node tree with 2 nodes
2) Apply an OFX to node 1
3) Save to Gallery 1
4) Change node 1 OFX settings
5) Select node 2
6) Apply Gallery 1 correction to node tree

The behavior I am seeing when I do this is that there is no change to the image and the OFX settings will not update until I click on the node.

The expected behavior is that the OFX would update as soon as the gallery correction is applied.

I am seeing this on 15.1.1 on PC. I have not tested on the new version yet.
