Loss of Write Permissions

It appears that I lost write permissions for a project I was working on. I believe this is due to the Windows 10 1809 update as this same thing has happened to me with the 1803 update, using Adobe Premiere Elements 2018, Does anyone here know how to save this or is the project lost?

I fixed it after a lot of Googling, the problem was Windows Defender. You need to turn off controlled folder access in the ransomware protection settings.
