Blue time, blue line, stars, blank clip

PostWed Nov 14, 2018 2:25 am

Can someone tell me what I have done to blank out a clip. It is in the timeline but a blue line appears below the timeslot in the edit tab. There are 3 little yellow stars in the right bottom of the other side of where it says H264. Also the time (clip length) is in blue.
When the timeline plays the clip appear black as if there is something over the top of it.
How do i reset it so it's back as normal?
thanks

The stars indicate you have applied a fusion effect. Select that clip in edit, go to the fusion page, select the thumbnail of the clip at the bottom of the page and right click to reset composition

Thanks - I was looking in Fusion but I forgot to show the clips so there appeared to be nothing there.
