DR V15.2 can't zoom in timeline with ctrl-+

Works fine for me. Though I'm not sure why you would want to add a keyboard modifier.

Also when submitting bug reports, you need to list full system specs.

which part of the world are you from?
maybe this has something to do with the physical keyboard layout?
I noticed me and the other 2 guys are from Europe... might be something related?

UK here and on a mac it used to be cmd+. That has now come back in 15.2.

Not sure if you guys are on PC/Linux

mac, italy, always used "cmd +" on the numeric keypad.
now it only works on the main part of the keyboard, on the keypad the "+" and "-" are not working anymore.
to me at least

Here France and everything works well (AZERTY Keyboard) :

CTRL + '+' Zoom IN
CTRL + '-' Zoom OUT

('+' and '-' in numeric keyboard... )

This is weird. I am on Win as well but it ain't working.

EDIT: When i open the new Keyboard customization i see them set up correctly but the CTRL+ doesn't work.

yep, same as me, except I'm on Mac so CTRL is CMD

ctrl + and ctrl- works fine, no problem.

on MacBook Pro (2017) timeline zoom works(CMD +/-) (Italian layout)
on Mac Pro (2013) with normal full size keyboard timeline zoom doesn't work (UK layout)
on Mac Pro (2013) with wireless compact size keyboard timeline zoom works (CMD +/-) (Italian layout)

Also not working here on Windows 10, though it is properly assigned and was working before the update to 15.2 (Studio).

One solution is to create a keyboard mapping (derived from Davinci Resolve)
Then to customize your keyboard / Region (here FR): My Keyboard name is JC

Click on the small '+' (use mouse...) and clic after a new small window appears for a shortcut
and if the shortcut is free: it remains only to validate (next ... Click on the small + and a third shortcut ... etc)

Zoom Out => FR / US

After: quit Davinci Resolve and restart => activate new keyboard mapping ...
(without numeric keyboard...)

So...I don't understand this, but it's working fine today.

zoom in and out with full keyboard (Eu qwerty version) with numeric keypad still not working in 15.2.1

On a UK keyboard, now on Resolve 15.2.2, Windows version. Since upgrading from v14 to v15, ctrl++ stops working after working for a while on the project. ctrl+- continues to work. All on main keyboard area, rather than numeric keyboard. Only solution is to shut Resolve down and restart, then ctrl++ works again. At least for a while. Mysterious and a tad annoying. I'd prefer for this to be solved out of the box rather than finding a hack (such as creating a new shortcut layout).

Didn't seem to work with me too. Then I found out that zooming is only possible in de EDIT view (refer to view toggles at bottom of screen) and not in the CUT view (menu-option is also disabled then)

Thanks Martijn. It does seem stable in 16 but I didn’t know that about the cut page. I haven’t really got round to using that yet.
