15.2.0 not opening a .dra from 15.1.2

got an archive created on 15.1.2

useing restore in 15.2.0 is says "this is not a valid archive"

able to open the drp inside, and change media folder to point to the archive, so it's not a show stopper, or even close, and only a sample of one

Hmm, seems to work here, with a couple of archives created in Windows Studio 15.1.2.

Any chance you can share your .dra?

it's 2 & 1/2 tb...

i can copy it / delete all the media but one smaller clip in each folder? would that help?

the .dra was created by my cleint on a mac, i'm working in windoze

this workflow is beyond brilliant btw.. gives me my life back, so i can go kayaking in the wilderness rather than fighting conform issues - many, many thanks

sent, media stripped out

but plot thickens....

new episode of the show arrived yesterday, this is Ep8 of season10... S10_Ep7 is the one i had issues with earlier this week

same workflow as S10_Ep 1->6, and Season 9 last year.. my client's edit assist sends me an archive, i grade it and send back an XML+ roundtrip media @ cam orig

So Ep8 sends the same error as Ep7 in either 15.2.0 -or- 15.1.2, i went back and checked Ep7 on a machine running 15.1.2, and it also sends out the same error, no issues with Ep6's archive, or any earlier archives tho.

The archives are created on new iMac at their facility, they are on 15.1.2 as far as i know, can check on Monday

no a a big deal as it's dead simple and reliable to open the folder, open the DRP, and link to the media, and now seems the commaniliaty is the machine the archive is created on, or a change in the workflow at their end
