Cross Fade bug

PostThu Nov 15, 2018 4:49 pm

Hi there,

I'm using the latest version of resolve (15.2), and there is a very annoying bug going on, when I add a simple audio cross fade at the end of an audio clip, and then trimming it. Sometimes it seems to "forget" that there is a fade out then. Its just a hard audio cut, it doesn't fade out anymore....

So the solution is, that I delete the cross fade, then apply it once more. But that can't be the final solution, right? ;)

Audio Xfades are bugged in a number of ways at the moment.

What you describe happens to me as well.

They will fix it.

This issue was present in 15.1.2 as well.

Trimming a clip with a transitions should not lose the transition.

Currently still having this problem when I have multiple audio effects in version 16.2.7. I know I'm writing in a years-old post, but it's ridiculous that this bug hasn't been fixed by now.

At this point, you may have to update to 17.1 for a fix, Cliff.
