Hi there,
I'm new to DaVinci and just tried to import 4K files from my Mavic2Pro (mov).
After choosing the file the import window closes and nothing shows up as it should. HD files and jpg are no problem.
I'm using a MacBookPro from 2014, 2,8 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, Intel Iris 1536 MB.
I guess that's a bit slow but shouldn t at least the file show after importing??
