Inactive plugin still works

Hi,

I bypassed a vst plugin but when I render the video it works again.
Hardware: INTEL Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz, 8Gb DDR3, GeForce GTX 1050 ti 4Gb, ADATA SU800 256GB SATA3, 3TB Toshiba 3.5" SATAIII 64 MB
OS: Windows 10 Home
Nvidia Driver: v398.36
