CRASHING WHEN I "DECOMPOSE" COMPOUND CLIPS

Hello,

Got a feature to grade shot on Red 8k Helium. I imported my first reel which is comprised of several scenes in compound clips into the latest DaVinci. When I chose to Decompose the clips DaVinci crashes. I've restarted my computer (which is a robust iMac) and it still crashes. Any help here is appreciated!

i have some compound clips in my timeline that will not even allow me to decompose in place. The option is not even there when i right click it. it used to be there. Not sure what thats about.

I had the same problem when decomposing audio.

I don't know if it's memory related. No one has ever gotten back to me. But the problem I had was more complicated.
