Another question I have is: why is the character against greenscreen? It seems to be animated.
Did you create the animation as well? Because in the end you're better off rendering these animations with alphachannel instead of against green. Rendering against green will double your workflow down the line.

I think the only way to do this is by rotoscoping out the background landscape from the head/wall clip and composite that with your figure green screen chroma keyed over the original head/wall/landscape clip. Fusion should be able to do this. The only possible problem I see is it appears the foreground head appears slightly blurred. This will add some difficulty in rotoscoping around the head. You will need to feather the resultant matte.
