You can cut your clip with the razor tool at the point you want the zoom to end. Then it will finsih the dynamic zoom in the time of the shortened clip. You can disable the Dynamic Zoom in the Inspector.

Click the red switch on the Dynamic Zoom, this enables/disables it.

That does remove the zoom, but you can also reset it before your disable it by clicking on the circle arrow on the right of the Dynamic Zoom panel.
