Black aliasing border around rotated images

PostMon Feb 18, 2019 8:12 pm

So I had to animate 50 (!) images, like polaroit photos that fly down onto a surface. I chose the path of least resistance (I thought) and used keyframes in the EDIT section for scaling, moving and rotating.

Worked out nicely, except my arm fell off after a 5h click marathon.

Then I exported it and a thick black, strongly aliased border appeared around each rotated image. Client wasn't happy.

I spend 2,5h more hours trying to fix it without success. Googled, tried all solutions, like image scaling quality in preferencies. It helped within the preview window of Resolve. But on export it came back every time. Client took half-off and still wasn't happy. I again had overtime for half the money.

Guys, this is an extremly simple thing that should just work out-of-the-box. If not, call it a bug but nothing else. Please, Commander BM, make it so.
