Resolve 15.2.3 and 15.2.4 both not running

I was working on a project in Resolve 15.2.3 and then it crashed. When I went to restart Resolve, and then the splash screen didn't show. I then downloaded and updated to 15.2.4 and the splash screen still didn't show. I'm not sure what happened and would need to continue my projects. Please help.

I have checked that out, I haven't been able to post logs. I'm going to try an older version of Resolve to see if the problem persists.

I'm running:
Intel 3700
16 Gb of RAM
GTX 1070

I can't upload the log and have checked out the FAQ. There isn't anything in there that has helped me.

Also my computer specs:
Intel 3770
16 Gb of RAM
GTX 1070
