Can't open DaVinci Resolve on Hp Omen with Windows 10

I downloaded DaVinci Resolve 15.3 on a 2018 HP Omen laptop with i7 8750 processor, 2.2Ghz, 8 GB RAM, Nvidia 1060 graphics card using Windows 10 but can't open the application. Any suggestions?

Yes...As there are quite a few versions of the Omen how about system specs, amount of RAM, GPU, version of Resolve, etc etc. The more information the better.
Resolve Studio 19.0b1 build 20
Dell XPS 8700 i7-4790, 24GB RAM, 2 x Evo 860 SSDs, GTX1060/6GB (551.86 Studio Driver), Win10 Home (22H2), Speed Editor, Faderport mk1, Eizo ColorEdge CS230 + BenQ GW2270 + Samsung SA200, Canon C100mk2, Zoom H2n.

I got DaVinci Resolve to open. Works fine for now.
