localhost

Does anyone know what does it mean when you open a davinci resolve aaf in avid, or xml and aaf in premiere or even in davinci and you have a lots of LOCALHOST tracks that can’t link to anything, with no metadata at all.
Any idea how to avoid this lack of information?
I have often this localhost file when I desperately try to bring audio to pro tools, trying to relink to the original audio files in some other software to export an aaf with metadata that sound department ask for.
