PostFri Jun 14, 2013 12:11 am

hi,
every week I see, there is new update for CUDA driver, so which version of this driver is kind of recommended by BMD actually?

my configuration
3.4GHz Quad-core Intel Core i7, Turbo Boost up to 3.9GHz
24GB 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM
1TB Fusion Drive
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680MX 2GB GDDR5

I am using 5.0.45 on mine for now but will likely load 5.0.61 when i have a minute to spare.

News to me my system doesn't warn me that any updates are needed.

imac 3.4 i7 680mx2gb

I will say I'm not impressed with the performance. Gets glitchy playing Prores and 4 nodes.

Try using a thunderbolt attached disk for images rather than fusion drive.

Thanks Peter, it was playing off the fusion drive, time to get a new drive. would a 3TB LaCie usb3/thunderbolt drive do?
