BRAW files are not showing up in media storage/media pool

I have the latest version of resolve on my Mac and when I try to import the braw media, I hit open and the file does not enter the pool. Additionally, when I search the media storage via resolve, the braw files simply do not show up as existing on my computer, while they do and are playable via the Blackmagic raw player. ProRes files show up in the storage and enter the media pool just fine. The braw files range from 100MB to 10GB, I have many of varying lengths.

Am I missing a step in setting up resolve correctly for the files? I am a new da vinci resolve user, way more familiar with final cut pro.

I have not found any information regarding this issue so I am wondering if I have my preferences screwed up. Could someone send me a screenshot of what would be the way to set up the preferences to take a 60p RAW HD clip?

Can u detail your computer and exact OS version?
Are u using DR 15.3 or 16?

I was having a problem with the new BRAW footage not showing up in my Library pool with Davinci Resolve 15 that came with my Pocket Cinema 4K. I went online to the Black Magic Website and updated my software to version 16 and the footage has now showed up not problem.

I have the same problem . I am using windows 10 and resolve 16b4..I try to download the braw footage from Blackmagic website...I can see the file in my explorer but doesn.t exsist in media storage/pool..

Need help..

The file is definitely good (someone else works on it without such a problem).

Yes. I try both.
I think this must be problem with processors in my computers.
Two are AMD Phenom, but the third is Intel ( i7-3630QM) and it doesn't work too, which is already strange.

well, i must change soft or buy new comp

Not supported on the AMD Phenoms.

I would expect it to work on the Intel CPU.

I also have jpegs tiffs not all showing. some are some not all shot at the same time within secods of each other?
