Hello everyone,

Is there a way of using a timeline from one resolve project on a different resolve project?

Thanks,

1) Copy the whole timeline into the clipboard by selecting ALL of it and Ctrl C
2) Close this project and open the new one
3) Create new empty timeline
4) Paste

OR

Enable Dynamic Project Switching and you can skip step 2 by simply switching to the new project.

Also you can color trace markers from the original timeline. These will not transfer with copy paste.

How exactly does one do that?
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

No, I meant just the close project part. How does one close a project? Without opening another?

You can't.
Resolve will always have a project open, even if it is empty.
