3d color keyer despill does not obey shapes

Why? I don't want to despill the whole image but just a bit of it ans the despill ignore both a shape or a key input ti that node.

Yeah, I have seen this before as well. My guess is that despill is applied before a shape, so the garbage mask does not apply. I think there might be a way to "trick" it by splitting the input and re-introducing the despill portion as a completely separate node and basically "wiping" that into the image, but it'd be very kludgy.

even if you pipe a key in that node input it does not obey...

I have a show now with LOTS of green screens and occasionally I have to despill just a portion of the screen (within a key or mask)
