Resolve 16 crashes when importing ML DNGs

System specs are:
Mac Pro (Early 2009)
2 x 3.46 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon
64 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
1TB_OSX_SSD
6TB esata RAID5
Radeon RX 580 8 GB

I am running into an issues with Resolve 16, when I try and import or even point the media browser to cinema DNG files created from raw magic the application crashes.

I have tried all versions of resolve 16 and none of them are working.

I reinstalled 15 and the files show up and work just fine in version 15.3.1.003.

I know 16 is still beta but Is anyone else having this same issue ?

Before that, try the release v16 and check you GPU drivers

Here is the log.

If I roll back to 15 I can see and view/preview the DNG files.

When I upgrade to 16, the files I imported from 15 work fine however, if I try to import new DNG files or even the ones that are already imported the software crashes.

I have the same issue with Resolve 16 on a Mac in OSX10.4.6 Sapphire Radeon RX580 64GB Ram. It worked fine on Resolve Studio 15.X but now that I've upgraded to Resolve Studio 16, it crashes every time I try to import a folder of ML Cinema DNGs converted with RAWMagic.

I am still having crashing with resolve 16 trying to see or import DNG files.

Everything works fine in v15 however I am now trying to mix in pocket 6k footage with DNG files and I am not able to import pocket 6k footage into resolve 15.

Is there a work around or any way for me to trouble shoot this?

Guys, please follow the FAQ at the top of the forum. We really can’t help when the report just says “it’s not working “.

I have tried version 16 and I am still getting the application crashing when trying to import DNG files created in RAWMagic.
