Spline tools vanish (Fusion 9 Studio)

Hi, I've been doing some roto work and I notice that periodically the spline toolbar will vanish and I can't seem to find how to make it come back. It seems to sporadically reappear if I select the polygon node or some points, but not always.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?
