Text+ Write On by Word or Line

PostTue Feb 18, 2020 2:32 pm

Is it possible to set the Write On parameter of the Text+ node to animate by word or line instead of by character?

I know you can do this with rotation and other options in the transform tab of the Text+ node, but I don't see any way to do with with the Write On effect.

Sorry if this is something simple I'm just missing, but I can't find the answer in the manual or searching.

Not built-in, but SecondMan at We Suck Less has created a modifier Fuse that permits it, available to Patreon contributors. Details here:

Surprising that feature isn't built in. It would be really helpful addition for those of us who do a lot of motion graphics.

Thanks for the tip on the Fuse though, that looks like it will do exactly what I need!
