It is possible in Resolve using the Fusion tab. I made a video that explains the process using Text+ nodes, but you can use images instead. You also can use multiple tracking points within each Tracker so you don't have to have one Tracker per image.

You can fade the image out by the Blend slider on that images Merge node.

Scrap that first question because I got the other problem on my hands. You see, the tracker seems to co nuts when I try to use it, going off the rails from the thing I want for it to track. What could be the source of this probles

I also got an issue where picture fails to follow the trackers path, I'm using the transform to manipulate the position of the pic (connect it to trackers path)

For a good track, the tracker point needs an area of good contrast, like an edge or corner. If any frames that are being tracked change enough not to have sufficient contrast, the track will fail. You can try setting the Adaptive Mode under the Tracker settings to "Every Frame" and see if that helps or try tracking a slightly different area of the subject you are tracking to see if that helps.
