How to convert Fusion clips to different frame rates

PostWed Oct 23, 2019 10:48 am

Hi everyone,

I sometimes work in different frame rates and lately in Fusion I've been making some compositions. For instance, the latest composition I made is in 60fps. But if I were to import that clip into a 30fps timeline, for example, the clip speed would play in 30fps (as it's supposed to), but it would slow the clip down by half because it was originally made in reference to a 60fps timeline. So every transition or effect would take TWICE as long. How do I make it so that the speed of a Fusion clip remains constant across timelines with different frame rates?

Would really appreciate anyone's input on this.
Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for your quick response. I don't actually know how to use this. Also can't find a YouTube video explaining how to either. Do you think you could help me understand?

Thanks

Just modify the Source Time with the expression "time/2".
