Media Files off line in R16 Fusion Lessons file

PostFri May 08, 2020 7:58 pm

I just downloaded R16 Fusion Lessons from the black magic design website. I extracted the files and placed them in my documents folder on windows. I was unable to open any of the media in any of the lesson projects. I have to open every file folder and re-link the footage. I erased the zip file R16 Fusion Lessons folder and tried unzipping said folder in my Documents folder. The footage was still not linked correctly. Please help, I would really like to start the training files.

Thanks for the reply, Eric. I followed the instructions in the video, however, after extraction, I was unable to load the media. When I tried to restore the project archive, windows just wanted to open the next file in the hierarchy in file explorer. I was able to find a work around though. I just dragged the lessons folder from my Documents folder into the master bin in resolve. All media files were imported correctly. Thank you for the video; it gave me the idea.
