windows 10 dongle won't work

Hi,

On my computer, I have a dual boot with win10pro / centOS7.

The fusion studio dongle work under centos7.
The fusion studio dongle does not work under windows 10 pro.

CentOS7 and win 10 pro are up to date, the systems are up to date, the drivers are up to date, the latest studio fusion are up to date.

I already contact BM support, but no answers.

Have an idea ?

Is it asking for a license key or just not running?

Have you tried all the USB ports on your machine?

Are you using a USB hub?

Are youi running a NAS?

All of these things seem to have caused problems at times with various systems.

Hi,

It asking it cannot found fusion studio dongle, and i can’t run fusiont studio.
I try all usb port.
Dongle is connect to front panel computer.
Yes, have got synology nas. But have not synology software install on my computer.
I’m not using cloud sync.

I had the same issue - and it was a synology problem although I had no Backup software running. Doublecheck your Taskmanager under "Services" (the last Tab). If there is a "Cloud Station Backup VSS Service x64" - you can rightclick and disable it.

Ho okay.
I’ve not synology cloud sync on my computer, but it running on my NAS.
I backup my data on web service (ovh) through cloud sync.

So, i cannot desable cloud sync from my NAS.

Any idea ?

To start, you could disable the sync to prove thats the issue.
