How to zero out a field?

PostSat Dec 12, 2020 10:40 pm

Evenin' guys,

Super simple one, this!:

In Blender, if i want to zero out a field, i hover over it, backspace, job done.

Could anyone tell me the equivalent shortcut in Fusion?

Actually, one other thing that is annoying: if i manually type a field and hit "enter", it will enter, leave that field, bit jump to the next field and selct ready for manual entry........ super annoying.

What's the trick to end a field and then escape from it? I know you can just click on the interface, but there must be some other, keyboard based way!?

Thanks! ................. D

Clicking on either the little dot under the slider/screw/whatever or on the name of the item you're trying to reset will reset everything to its default value (which isn't always zero of course).
If you want to stay in the field after pressing enter you must turn off 'auto advance to next control' or something like that in the Fusion preferences. The last part (how to exit) I can't remember of the top of my head, since I'm always clicking on the next thing in the UI anyway. Isn't it just ESC?
