Help with a compound title

PostSun Jan 31, 2021 10:45 pm

I have a title that consists of three different words each with different color, weight, and size. In addition there's a tag line in white.
I've layed out the type, but now I want to "lock it up" as linked titles I can move together. I assume this is done in Fusion, but how? I have 4 title nodes tunning through four merge nodes I've tried running all into the same merge node. Is there a "Combiner" or linker node? Could I group them or parent them to each other?

Have you tried adding a Transform node after the last Merge node?

You can also use one Text+ node and have different size, type, and color words in it using Character Level Styling.

Thanks for your pointers. So here's what I had to do with a background opacity at 0. If anyone can suggest a better way, I'm listening.

I've been looking for how to do multi-line and mixed font titles using Text+ but not finding much. That might be better because I could do it in the edit page.

What issues are you having? The Text+ nodes already have a transparent background so there is no need to combine them with a Background node with alpha set to 0. You can use a single Text+ node with the Character Level Styling modifier to create multi-line text with as many fonts as you like and change their location with a Transform node. Can you explain or show the issue you are having.
