Out of sync screen replacement

Hi everyone. I have been trying to composite a screen replacement clip onto a computer monitor that's in some shots on my edit timeline. The same clip is also used full screen in the edit and is perfectly in sync but out of sync when composited in Fusion and brought back into the edit. The project I am working in is 24fps and the insert screen replacement clip is 29.97.

Does this also happen when you import both clips directly from the timeline into the Fusion page?
Or are you using Fusion standalone with a seperate editing package?
