Fusion Studio 17.1 doesn't recognize USB dongle

Just installed Fusion Studio 17.1, it doesn't see the dongle.

Resolve Studio 17 is fine, Fusion Studio 9, 16, and 17 are fine.

Can someone doublecheck this?

Nevermind, there's some sort of conflict with Synology services that blocks it.

Might be something support should look at.

For 17.1, nothing happens when you double click on it. There are no startup screens or alerts.

I have a Synology NAS, but I haven't installed any particular tools for it.
