Trapcode/Red Giant Shine equivalent?

Trapcode/Red Giant Shine equivalent?

Is any of Fusion Studio's bundled FX similar to Trapcode Shine? It's a plugin for AE since the 90's, now you have to subscribe to the Red Giant suite to get it. I'm talking about this one:

Even if it's not the same, something as close as possible. Also Resolve, if maybe Resolve has it.
