Can’t get Paint in Fusion to work

Hello, everyone.

I’ve only been using Davinci for about 4 days. I’m try to follow this guy’s tutorial. But, I can’t get the Paint tool to work. Nothing happens when I try to use it. However, when I select the paint node, I can see the swipes I made in white against a black background.

This seems like something simple I’m overlooking. But, after 4 hours, I still haven’t figured it out . Can someone guide me as to what I’m doing wrong?

Without seeing how you connected everything together its'difficult to tell what you might be doing wrong.
If you say you 'select the paint node' how do you view it then? If you're seeing the strokes as white, you could be looking at the alpha channel, but again, without more info we can't help you.
Is this in Fusion standalone or Resolve?
