Processor problem - Free wersion of Fusion 7.5 won't install

Hi, I'm trying to install Free wersion of Fusion 7.5
at Win XP, with AMD Phenom II processor and it says it cannot install because of processor.
Why?

Fusion requires Windows 7 64-bit or Windows 8 64-bit as outlined in the Software Requirements on page 3 of the user manual.
