What happened to vfxpedia.com ?

Can anyone please explain why the domain (vfxpedia.com) points over to Black Magic Fusion's page ?

because BMD design bought eyeon software with all there assets (even the webpages)

then they decided to shut it down

now everyone is hoping for something new from BMD
