FlowSpeed and FlowStretcher

Where are these two tools? I have the paid version of Fusion Studio 7.6 and according to the manual, these tools should be available in the Dimension toolset but they do not show up in Fusion. What's up? Is there some other way to retime or speed ramp footage in Fusion?

I believe it is in Misc -> TimeStretcher\TimeSpeed.. It was expanded with OpticalFlow tools and now you can select to use Flow for retiming.
