just an idea - what actually You can do is "reformat and render"
AE works in pixel data, the Origin for HD is in [960,540,0].
So You need to convert it to percentage data, minding the axis direction (Fu Y is up, AE Y is down, i think, also check Z).
Then You can create an expression to connect the color of a solid to Camera position and render-out in float - it can be 1pixel x 1pixel in resolution
You can create another image for rotation / scale / whatever, OR You can just add pixels to Your output image resolution.
In Fusion, RMB on property (translate, rotate, etc ) > modify with probe > select appropriate region and connect chosen channel.... in theory should work
