Whatever it is it seems to be related to eyeonScript if you ask me.
It is not a matter of eyeonScript running, but it must not be blocked from communicating with Fusion.
Virus Scanners, Firewalls but also different applications that serve on certain ports. They may occupy the ports that Fusion/eyeonScript needs.
Sorry I do not remember which TCP ports Fusion needs specifically and there is no way to access support notes for me. You should ask official support or maybe they will hook in here.
