PostFri Mar 20, 2015 10:35 am

Hello,

I am using the free version of fusion.
The default color of polyline mask is black.
How do i change the color?

Thank you in advance!

Masks are scalar, they don't have a color. Unless you mean the preview control which should default to green, but if it isn't you can change it in the viewer by right clicking on it and selecting Polyline->Draw Style->Custom Spline Color...

In case you want a solid color with the mask applied create a background and pipe in the polyline into the mask input (blue).

In that case I also recommend that you take the videos tutorials as they explain the workflow in Fusion in detail.

Or you can try the SetColor fuse if you have that, it is great for doing solid block graphics.

Thank you very much for your help.
I was talking about the preview witch in my case is by default black.
Now with Draw style i can change the color.
It's there a way to change the default color?

Sorry for my english, i hope you can understand me !

Check your defaults folder for a PolylineMask_Polygon .setting file and either edit or delete it.

I've seen this behaviour in our studio as well, polylines/mask outlines become black.

Right mouse clicking in the view that does this and then loading the default settings fixes it for us.
