Free Fusion 7

I wish to download the free version of Fusion 7 as promoted, have entered all details in details required form page but can't proceed from this point. There is no submit button or any way I can get a download.

What gives here? Help, please

You will need to properly fill-out ALL fields that have an *.
Then the download button at the bottom right will turn active.
