Prefer Neutral UI

I would prefer a neutral UI option for colour critical work.
It seems like it would be quite simple for a user to create this, but it'd be nice if BMD could provide this in the final release.

There is hope, resolve just got a 'use grey UI' option in the latest beta of 12
