CineForm AVI Codec Settings?

I'm using Fusion 7 on a Windows 8.1 machine and the latest version of GoPro Cineform codec. I much prefer using the AVI wrapper to the quicktime one for many reasons, but it appears that Fusion's saver lacks any kind of output settings control when using this format. Even the quality and bitrate sliders have no effect on the saved file. The QT saver has all the various quality and depth options. Is there a way to access these settings when saving Cineform as AVI from Fusion?

Go to preference, you will see AVI under IO, that's where all the extended codec settings are.
