Simple fog particle template

I've been following a few tutorials by rote, including the Basic Composition one on the Blackmagic site. In it, he's using a particle template named Simple Fog, but it's not listed in the templates I see from the bin (though I see all the others listed in his view).

I'm currently on version 7. Is this a version 8 thing, or am I missing something about my local configuration?
