AVid AVR codec name decoding?

For those of us on the windows version of FU 8 studio, and wanting to write to video formats (long form, keying only ect) is there a guide of some sorts to the OMF Avid AVR codec naming scheme?

I wouldn't mind writing out to DNXHD (as Prores not an option) from time to time....but I have no clue as to the codec setting for the AVR codecs....and googling it returns almost zero information
