Hello
Just downloaded and installed Fusion8 and it's not working. It does nothing, sometimes just get a white square (seems a failed splash screen) and that's all. I see there's a precess using about 60MB of RAM in the task manager. Killing that process is the only way to cancel the failed startup.
Running Windows7 64.
I've searched the forum and tried the few solutions I've read:
- Setting compatibility properties of all executable files to "Windows 7"
- Update all drivers.
- Remove Resolve dongle
I've read it might be a OFX compatibility problem, and I have a few installed for Resolve, but I don't know how to make Fusion Ignore them.
On the other hand, those OFX issues were described in some quite old threads, prior to last release.and were not confirmed by the Blackmagic staff.
Anyone have a cue? I'm in a hurry, deadline's eve, and was relaying in Fusion to make the final comp.
Shall I revive Combustion 2008?
I'm too lumpsy with AE...
