Fusion not running on Windows 10

First of all I am new to both Resolve and Fusion, but at least Resolve is running for me. Whenever I start Fusion an icon appears in the taskbar, and in the Task manager I can see that Fusion is running (with a CPU load of 0.2% and memory usage of only 300-400 MB), but only a small completely black window opens (I guess it is simply a splash-screen). If I click this black window, Windows tells me that this program is not responding (running as Administrator don't have any affect).

Searching the net I saw some suggest to set compatibillity mode to Windows 7/8 but doing this the "black-window" will not appear.

Any ideas ?

Have you tried to run as Administrator?

can also be the problem with firewall/virus protection

The same identical things is happened to me after a clean install of the OS (windows 7)

until yesterday it perfectly worked.....now it stopped working...
The installation is fresh and clean, the GPU drivers are updated...

i really don't know what to do
