which book are you writing about?

Maybe you are "not allowed to post a link"? This is a SPAM protection mechanism provided by the used forum software by default and administrators decided not to change that default, so it is not so easy to use the cool feature of "linking to something" that made the internet so great... however you could post some meta information about the book, like ISBN or the name of the author - I have way too much (unrelated) search results looking for "Fusion 8 Book" - "Fusion" still means a lot of other things, too, so it would make sense to give more info about the book!

Thanks for your attention!

I have not read his book, but I hope it is better than his Lynda tutorial because after watching it I felt like I had learned nothing

I felt the same :)
The teacher has absolutely no idea of what didactic means.

I have this book, its good for beginner to intermediate user but not a lot in there after that.

Does go through some of the important stuff that the manual doesn't really cover (linear workflows, some comp theory, etc..). Worth a look.

I have bought the book overall as the previous comment said, it doesn't go to much into depth

The info is more or less him explaining it briefly

At least it has some hand on tutorials, basic and intermediate depending on the subject that you are reading

Its not a bad book but
I would like him to add a bit more info. To each subject since he mostly scratches the surface hear and there

At least for particles, there is not much going on there and it was one of the reasons i bought it for

As he mentioned on the book on page 217

"I've touched on the most critical elements but have not come close to exploring every potential of the software"

Hope this review has somehow helped the users in the forum
