Generation : Location of scripts

So I'm looking where to put scripts so they appear when right clicking on clips and going under Scripts menu. Can't find it in the documentation.
Also, is it possible to change other settings there for example "Make a Comp...", would like to have it custom setting the loaders and savers in the comp.
